Site Surveying
Site Inventory is part of the base plan preparation. Includes Evaluation, Measurements & Elevations of the project area. It is only required if a site plan, topographic survey, grading plan or other working drawings can not be provided by client / consultants.

Assume (1) one design revision included, if needed. Additional offered at hourly rate. The creative process is not a science and client feedback is encouraged to refine the concept. We’re committed to working with you until you are satisfied with the final product!
